With more than 10 years' experience in the design and production of plastic injection molding machines, Foshan City Shunde Shengkai Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. developed from Rongsheng Plastic Machinery. By now, we have 12 types of plastic injection molding machines under production, with mould closing force raging from 60T to 680T and plastic injection capacity ranging from 60g (2oz.) to 2850g (104oz.). There are dual-coupling pump systems, variable pump systems and single pump systems for our dynamic arrangement. Two control methods of PC controller and programmable controller (PLC) are available for clients.

Our plastic injection molding machines boast fast plastic injection and melting, powerful and big mould thickness. We have strong design capability and can design screws for different materials. They are a wide application in lighter industry and beverage bottle production which receives favorable comments. We have also developed plastic injection molding machines which boast fast speed (faster than the same line at 25%) especially for deep-cavity thin-wall containers. This development has been patented and provides clients with professional mould design and manufacture as many as one-mould 4 cavity thin wall containers.
